Ms. Stephan received her undergraduate degree from the University of California in Irvine, where she majored in Criminology, Law and Society and graduated Cum Laude. She received her law degree from Western State College of Law, where she graduated with Honors and received her Business Law Certificate, focusing her legal studies on preparing various types of business documents, such as formation documents, Operating Agreements, and Mergers and Acquisitions contracts.
Ms. Stephan served as a judicial intern for Judge Schumann at the North Justice Center and Judge Hernandez at the Lamoreaux Justice Center. She also served as a certified law clerk for the Major Fraud Unit of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Stephan has extensive experience in business litigation, successfully defending corporate clients in a wide array of cases ranging from contract disputes to consumer actions to personal injury claims. Ms. Stephan is also experienced in transactional work, including contract drafting and advising corporate clients on all aspects of their day-to-day operations.
Ms. Stephan is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and a member of the Business Law section of the American Bar Association.
